Spirit, Spirit of the..

I just watched the match between MU vs Charlton @ The Valley. Mu won 4-0 thanks to Scholes, Fletcher, Smith and Rooney goals’. They played brilliantly. How I wish they did that earlier this season. Somehow, when Mu playing without Ruud on the side, they look a much much better side. Sharper and effective. Nevermind about Chel$ski winning the EPL Championship. We’re talking about MU rite now. Who was the man of the match? To me, definitely Giggsy altho I fancy Rooney to get that award as well. That boy has such a great spirit. Tiredless running, going deep to help out the defenders, excellent skills an technics, you name it, you got it. He’s brilliant. And I think, Brown has grown confident and I believe he is ready to take over G.Neville’s job. He’s just getting better and better moving from the right back, finding himself room to roam and give a helping hand when needed. He even nearly got off his marker and scored only to be brought down just outside the penalty area. The player that I dun want to see on the field is Fletcher. Yes, he scored but I dun see him as a player who moved the team. He’s doesn’t even pass the ball accurately and almost cost MU. Only the brilliant of Carrol managed to deny Charlton of getting a goal. As the game approaching 60th minute, MU is already 4 up. Fergie having the FA Cup final in his mind, took off Rooney, Keano and Scholesy and bring on Fortune, P.Neville and Kleberson. Oh, btw, Kleberson came in for Scholes earlier and his accurate pass has given Rooney a goal he’s been carving for. My only concern is the way other players approach the game when MU is already on the driving sit to win the game. Why? Those players did not show their determination to go forward and try to score more goals. Well, you have the chance of the lifetime, almost 20 mins on the pitch so why not give it a go and show Fergie that you’re worth it? Give Fergie the headache to choose for his first eleven at least but instead they played the boring passing game. But not all are willing to play such game. Giggsy drove the team fwd and make a couple of gud passing and he almost got himself on the scoredheet. The much younger players shud be ashamed of themselves. Ppl like Fletcher, Fortune and Kleberson - the non first team regulars shud use the time given by Fergie as a platform to perform and show their true ability. Instead, they seems to be happy with the teams performance and ‘felt’ like there’s nothing more to give. If that is the attude of the younger generation players - MU will no longer be Champion anymore. Dun tell me the team’s only hope and future goes only at the hand of Rooney, Brown and Ronaldo. What about the rest? Just look and wait? And you call yourself a MU player? Damn! I can still recall last time, when I watched ole’s interview. He did mentioned that the manager’s did tell him to keep the ball and just play a simple passing. But he ignored him and scored. That kind of mentality and spirit is what I am talking about. Yes, we seems to already win the game but hey, is dat all? Are we done? Are you satisfied with your performance? Do you guys think u did contribute much for team? And did you know what’s the different between Ryan Giggs and you guys the ‘much’ more younger player? He’s old for sure but his blood filled with the Devil’s spirit. That’s why he can still go on and on. The future of the team lies on everyone in the team not Rooney alone, not Ronaldo or Brown. Change the attitude. Who knows, next season, we might give Chel$ki a good run for their money. Glory glory ManUtd!
